Year 6 had a wonderful morning at The Hawth taking part in the annual Junior Citizen event! They learned all about staying safe whilst out and about. 😎👍


This week in year 1 we have been working hard on our handwriting. We have been ordering sentences and we made paper boats to sail around the world.


We have had a brilliant morning with Simon Drake Photography today, taking updated photos for our prospectus. The children looked so smart in their new uniform!


Year 5 have enjoyed a busy first week - doing a Mayan artifacts investigation, playing the maths game "nice and nasty" and preparing and delivering a presentation on a Mayan city - well done Year 5!


Year 1 have enjoyed exploring numbers to ten this week. They have been learning to write, count and recognise these numbers and have enjoyed getting creative with their learning by drawing number in glitter and building them with pasta.

Happy Roald Dahl day everyone! What’s your favourite Roald Dahl book?


In Year 2 we started our topic 'A day in the life of...' by using drama and role play to explore different jobs people might have. The children had the opportunity to be a vet, mathematician, artist, teacher, librarian, police officer and many others too. A great start to Yr 2!


Year 3 have been learning about forces - they acted out 'pushing' and 'pulling' forces. Can you guess which force the children are acting?!


EVACUATE, EVACUATE! Year 6 had quite a surprise this morning when they were forced to evacuate their classrooms and experience life during World War II !

We are very proud to present our new house and vice captains for this year. The children are excited to start their new roles!


Year 6 had a lovely first day! They particularly enjoyed playing an excellent strategy game called Codinca in the afternoon by 😎👍


REMINDER - Term starts on Wednesday 5th September. We look forward to welcoming all children back, raring to go for the beginning of the Autumn Term!
